Do you provide Primary Source Verifications (PSVs) for all professions?
We provide PSVs for nearly all Health Care Professions including medical, dental, and behavioral services. We also perform PSVs for other professions such as laboratories, pharmacies and veterinarians.
Would you consider adding other professions to your services?
Absolutely! We will evaluate the request and will either the profession to our list of standard searches or discuss a custom solution with you.
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. We’re closed on weekends. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.
Do you integrate with EHR, HR, or Recruiting systems?
Yes, we have some integrations with popular systems already defined and functioning. We are continually evaluating the market place to enhance our standard integrations.
If you don’t have an existing integration, would you consider developing a new one?
Yes, we would evaluate the request and determine if it is a integration we would like to add to our list.
If our system is not one with which you integrate, do you have other options?
Yes, we provide a API which provides all of the PSV data and images necessary to provide the evidence of the authenticity of our findings. We can also transmit the files to your sFTP site for your company to store and process accordingly.
